WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. 
Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

For the time being we do not offer any gift wrapping options.

CAN YOU SEND ME A FRAGRANCE SAMPLE?

Every 30ml bottle purchase gives the opportunity to add 2 complimentary 1.5ml samples of your choice. If you are unable to add the samples via the free sample widget you can add a written note with the purchase or contact us at [email protected]

 

HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOVERY SET VOUCHER?

As your Discovery Set purchase is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information and the coupon code. If you do not receive the email please contact us at [email protected]

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery using our pre-paid return labels provided by us by contacting [email protected]

Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional or complementary gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
